How do I report a bug or error?

Send an email to bugs@goodboog.com with the following information:

  • Which tool you were using (e.g., Length Converter, QR Generator)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened (include screenshots if possible)
  • Your browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 120 on Windows 11)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

We'll investigate and fix critical bugs within 24-48 hours.

Can I suggest a new tool or feature?

Absolutely! We love hearing user suggestions. Email features@goodboog.com with:

We review all suggestions and prioritize based on user demand and feasibility.

How can I advertise on goodboog?

Do you offer API access or white-label solutions?
